What You'll Do
As our Rostering Coordinator, you'll be the expert behind our operations. Reporting to a supportive leader within our tight-knit People & Culture team, you will:

Be a Rostering Pro: Develop and manage efficient staff rosters using our scheduling software, ensuring we meet all care minute requirements while balancing staff availability and budget. You'll proactively address staffing needs, from managing leave to finding solutions for shortages.

Ensure We're Compliant: Keep us on track with all relevant legislation, including the Aged Care Act and Fair Work Act. You'll maintain accurate records and ensure staff details, such as police certificates and visas, are up-to-date, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace.

Communicate & Collaborate: Build strong relationships with staff, management, and other departments. Your excellent communication skills will be key to ensuring smooth operations and a positive environment for everyone.

Drive Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, helping us refine our processes and enhance staff satisfaction and engagement.
What You'll Bring
We’re looking for someone who is highly motivated, organized, and has a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will have:

Prior experience as a Rostering Coordinator or in a similar role (highly desirable).

Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

The ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience interpreting enterprise agreements and awards.
