About the opportunity: 

We are seeking Permanent Full Time, Part Time and Casual RN's. The candidates will be focused on delivering resident centered care and are able to provide leadership and guidance to the extended team.

To provide outstanding resident care with clinical outcomes in line with national best practice standards, thus promoting a culture of quality, safety and excellence in care delivery. The Registered Nurse (RN) will:

  • Support, action and coordinate the provision of high quality, comprehensive, evidenced-based, resident focussed care that meets the individual needs of the resident;
  • Assist residents to lead an active and meaningful life as independently as possible;
  • Act as Team Leader, role model and a resource to other staff;
  • Supervise staff and physical resources; and
  • Communicate and collaborate with other health professionals.

The ideal candidate will possess the below: 

  • Registration with AHPRA
  • Minimum 12 Months experience working as RN in Australia
  • Ability to lead and support a multi-disciplinary team 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing day to day clinical issues
  • Good knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Current Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
  • Working Rights in Australia
