Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Columbia Aged Care in Oberon, NSW. As a valuable member of our Care Services department, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our residents. **Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care for residents
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
  • Monitoring and recording resident's conditions and maintaining accurate medical records
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for residents
  • Providing support and guidance to care staff
  • Participating in family meetings and contributing to care planning
  • Adhering to relevant policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain standards of care
  • Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents
  • Remaining updated with current practices and participating in continuous professional development

Desired Skills and Experience
